PRODUCTION & TESTING FACLITIES

Our current manufacturing unit is in Manesar, Haryana has spread over area of 22000 sq. ft . Manesar is 40 Kms away from New Delhi's Indira Gandhi Airport

Gaskets Stamping Area

Our gasket stamping area is a dedicated space within manufacturing facility where the process of stamping or cutting gaskets from raw materials takes place. This area is essential for producing precision gasket components used in various industries for sealing applications.

Cutting Presses: These machines apply pressure to cut gaskets from raw material sheets using specialized dies. Hydraulic or mechanical presses may be used depending on the scale of production.

Die Cutting Tools: Dies are custom-made templates that define the shape and dimensions of the gaskets. They are essential for accurate and consistent cutting.

Raw Material Storage: Gasket stamping areas have storage for various gasket materials, such as rubber, cork, metal, PTFE, and more.

Material Inspection: Raw materials should undergo quality checks to ensure they meet the required standards before being processed.

Rubber Gaskets Moulding Area

We have a dedicated space within our manufacturing facility where the process of molding rubber gaskets takes place. Rubber gaskets are used in various industries to provide a reliable seal between components, and the molding process is critical to ensure their accuracy and performance.

Injection Molding Machines: These machines inject molten rubber material into molds to create gasket shapes. They are used for producing a large volume of gaskets with consistent quality.

Compression Molding Presses: These machines use heat and pressure to shape rubber material into gaskets. They are suitable for producing gaskets with complex shapes and varying material types.

Rubber Material Storage: The area should have storage for various types of rubber compounds used for gasket production.

Material Inspection: Raw rubber material should be inspected to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications

Rubber Material Storage

Rubber material storage is an essential component of our manufacturing facility that works with rubber materials, such as those used in gasket manufacturing or rubber product fabrication.

Proper storage of rubber materials is crucial to maintain their quality, prevent contamination, and ensure they remain suitable for production.

Controlled Environment: Rubber materials are stored in a controlled environment to protect them from temperature fluctuations, humidity, and exposure to UV light to prevent material degradation.

Shelving and Racking: Rubber materials are stored on shelves or racks that keep them off the floor to prevent contact with moisture and contamination that could result in material distortion or deformation.

Moisture and Contamination Control: Rubber materials are susceptible to moisture absorption, which can affect their properties. To prevent this we place desiccants or moisture-absorbing materials in the storage area to maintain low humidity levels.

Temperature Control: Some rubber materials may require temperature-controlled storage to prevent them from freezing or becoming too warm. We always adhere to the recommended storage temperature range.
